Refund policy

We want you to love your Glow by SMRSGRL purchase. Due to the personal-use nature of beauty, skincare, hair care, and self-care products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, tested, or had their original seal or packaging removed.

Unopened and unused items in their original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used beauty, skincare, cosmetic, hair care, and personal-care products cannot be returned. Gift cards, clearance/final-sale items, and items marked non-returnable are also not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
